Prashant Deshpande is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Management Studies in operations.

He started Expert Group way back in 1990. Prior to that, he was working with Mastek Ltd., Mumbai as Systems Executive.

Prior to Mastek; he worked with Godrej & Boyce for more than 2 years as Production cum Planning Executive.

Pravin Deshpande is Director of Expert Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. He looks after hardware sales, hardware maintenance, facility management, networking implementation. He has an expertise in hardware maintenance, facility management, and networking implementation.

Pravin Deshpande has done postgraduate Diploma in Biomedical Engineering. He joined Expert Group in 1991, before which he has experience of 5 Years in field of biomedical engineering.

Sachin Kher is Executive Director – Expert NetCAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He looks after international sales and marketing of CAD products and engineering services.

Sachin Kher is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and MMS.
He joined Expert group in 1996, before that, he worked with Mastek Ltd., Mumbai as Software Developer. Prior to Mastek, he worked as Production Manager with Colgate Palmolive, Crompton and Videocon.

Ajay Deshkar is Executive Director of Expert NetCAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. he looks after CAD sales for Indian market and engineering services. He has an expertise in manufacturing engineering, product design, tool design, & graphics design.

Ajay Deshkar is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Post graduate in tool design & manufacture from Indo-Danish Tool Room and Training Center.

He joined Expert group in 1999, before which he has experience of 10 years in manufacturing of tools and SPMs.

Mukund Kulkarni is Director of Expert NetCAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He looks after ERP, CAD/CAM Training & HR. He also looks after execution of engineering services. He has an expertise in system and project management.

Mukund Kulkarni is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and has done MBA and PGDMM.

He joined Expert group in 2003, before that he worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd. in

Production, Quality, System and Project Management function at various levels for 18 years.
